Who we are

What we collect
- Quote requests: your name, company, phone number, email address, collection and delivery locations, date needed and details of the goods.
- Jobs and accounts: contact details, delivery addresses, invoices and payment records.
- Calls and emails you send us.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry and provide a quote (steps taken at your request before a contract).
- To carry out deliveries and manage your account (performing our contract).
- To invoice, keep accounts and meet legal duties (legal obligation).
- To contact businesses about our services and improve how we work (legitimate interests, which we balance against your rights).
Who we share it with
Only those who need it to provide the service, such as the driver doing your job, our website host and form provider (Netlify), our email provider, accounting software and insurers. We never sell personal data. Some of these providers are based outside the UK, and we use providers that offer appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for 12 months. Job, invoice and accounting records are kept for 6 years, because we are legally required to. We then delete or anonymise the data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to how we use it, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Contact us at sales@bramwelllogistics.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
