Same-day and next-day
Urgent and planned collections across Birmingham, the Midlands and the UK.
Pallet and palletised freight
Loaded from the side or rear and moved on site with our pump truck. No forklift or loading dock needed at either end.
Dedicated runs
A van and driver for the day or half day on a fixed rate, for multi-drop rounds, trade deliveries and urgent peaks.
Regular and scheduled routes
Weekly or daily collections on the same lanes, with the same driver wherever possible.
What we carry: pallets and palletised goods, building and trade supplies, machinery and parts, bulky or long items, display and exhibition stock. We do not carry dangerous goods (ADR).
Direct, not passed on
Many delivery jobs are booked through brokers and re-posted to whichever driver bids lowest, often without the customer knowing who collects their goods.
With Bramwell Logistics, your job is carried out by one of our own vetted drivers. We are in direct contact with them throughout, so when you call there is no relay of messages and no one passing a job down a chain. If we ever need to arrange cover, we tell you first, and the driver meets the same standards.

Capacity we can stand behind
We only take on as much work as we can handle properly. When you book with us, your load is carried by us, and not passed along to a driver you have never heard of because we have taken on too much.
We plan regular work around real capacity, with room for the unexpected. If we cannot take a job on, we tell you straight away so you can arrange something else.

We set it up after seeing how often jobs get booked through one company and handed to a driver the customer has never heard of. We do it differently. Every job is carried out by one of our own vetted drivers, and we only take on as much work as we can handle properly, so when we accept a job, we deliver it.

How quickly can you collect?
Same-day collection is often possible for jobs booked early in the day, depending on availability. Planned and regular work is scheduled in advance.
How is pricing worked out?
We quote a fixed price before you book, based on distance, load and timing. For regular work we can agree a set rate or a day rate.
Who carries my goods?
One of our own vetted drivers. We do not pass jobs to unknown drivers. If cover is ever needed, we tell you first.
Do I need a forklift or loading dock?
No. Our curtainside van has a tail lift and pump truck, so we can load and unload at ground level at most sites.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry £2 million public liability and £50,000 goods in transit cover. Certificates are available on request. For high-value loads, talk to us before booking.
How will I know it has been delivered?
We confirm delivery as soon as it is done, and provide a signed delivery note as proof of delivery.
What if something is late or damaged?
Tell us straight away. We will find out what happened and put it right. See our Terms of Carriage.
Do you offer account terms for regular customers?
Yes. Regular customers can set up an account with agreed rates and payment terms. We will discuss what suits you when we quote, and confirm everything in writing before the first job.
